The Empire State offers so much in terms of history, food, culture and, of course, its amazing people.

For most, New York is all about The Big Apple. Millions of visitors pour into Manhattan every year to experience all that this amazing city has to offer. And there is no argument from me about that. But as a native New Yorker, I’m here to tell you there is so much more to see in this state.

New York is more than a big city. The state is as diverse as its people. You want beautiful beaches, great shopping — head to Long Island. Into hiking and nature — head up to Upstate New York. Like the fast pace of city life — head into Manhattan. And that’s a small slice of what this state has to offer.

So come away with me for my Postcards from New York series. Read all the diverse experiences that this state offers and be inspired! Check back often for updates!
